Sub-assemblies

Sub-assemblies are the logical next step after individual components. By assembling components into a fully functional unit, the production process becomes more efficient while reducing the amount of work required at the customer's site. This may involve assembling components manufactured at Machinefabriek BEX, combined with purchased parts such as bearings, motors, and guide systems. In this way, we add value to the production process and take additional work off our customers' hands.

Specific machine components are manufactured at Machinefabriek BEX. By combining these components into complete sub-assemblies, we create added value within the production process. This includes assembling components from our own production together with purchased parts such as bearings, motors, and guide systems.

By completing this work in advance, we shift part of the assembly complexity from the customer to our own facility. This reduces on-site work, improves the efficiency of the overall process, and ensures every assembly is properly fitted and thoroughly inspected before moving on to the next stage.
