Keyways require precision. The fit must be correct so that components can be assembled reliably and forces are transmitted effectively. At Machinefabriek BEX, we machine keyways using CNC control and to fixed dimensions. This makes the process controllable and repeatable, even for production runs or larger components.
For keyway broaching, we use a CNC controlled Frömag machine. It is designed for accurate keyway broaching in a wide range of materials and dimensions. Because the process is fully controlled, we can produce keyways consistently and in accordance with specification.
