Turning

We manufacture components that must fit perfectly during assembly and in use. From large and long workpieces to repeatable turning operations using power tools. By cleverly combining machining operations, we minimise the number of set-ups and maintain control over quality and lead times.

Doosan 700XLY

A turning centre designed for large and long workpieces requiring both turning and milling operations. The Y axis and driven tooling enable complex machining in a single setup.

Doosan 5100LMB

A turning centre designed for medium sized components requiring multiple machining operations. Driven tooling allows multiple operations to be completed in a single setup. We currently operate two of these machines.
