Where production once relied on manual handling and separate process steps, everything now comes together in one automated production process. Materials are automatically loaded, machined and transferred, without every step requiring manual intervention.
Within this production cell, CNC machining centres work together with cobots and automated internal transport. Workpieces are picked up, cleaned and passed on to the next stage while the machines keep running. This creates a stable process and makes unattended production possible.
The result is greater control over lead times and continuity. Downtime is reduced and the entire process remains clear and manageable. Not as separate islands, but as one integrated process working together as it should.
