BEX Projects has been responsible for this project since the company was founded. Our involvement began during the design phase, where the focus was on manufacturability and reducing the customer's overall investment costs.
Through close collaboration with Machinefabriek BEX and a network of trusted partners, the project was successfully delivered. BEX Projects was responsible for the complete realization of the machines, including installation, commissioning, and operator training on-site.
Our involvement continued after delivery. As there was no opportunity to build a prototype, all eleven machines were produced directly as a production series. Following commissioning, several modifications and optimizations were implemented. Thanks to the short communication lines between BEX Projects and Machinefabriek BEX, these improvements were carried out quickly, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
BEX Projects has been responsible for this project from the very beginning. At the start of the project, the design was approximately 90% complete. Working closely with Machinefabriek BEX, further optimizations were implemented before production began, allowing key improvements to be incorporated at an early stage.
For this project, BEX Projects manufactured the largest roller stands in the offshore industry. In total, more than 600,000 kilograms of steel were welded, machined, and assembled.
As with this project, BEX Projects was fully responsible for the complete realization of the machines, including installation, commissioning, and on-site operator training.
For this project, the complete technical design was developed in collaboration with a specialized engineering partner. Based on the customer's requirements, the initial concept was translated into detailed engineering drawings and a fully manufacturable design.
The focus extended beyond the design itself to include manufacturability, assembly, and practical application. By addressing these aspects at an early stage, the final design aligned seamlessly with the production and assembly process.
