At BEX Machinefabriek, you will work as a welder in a modern and versatile production environment where craftsmanship and automation come together. Your work will cover a wide range of welding activities, from precision TIG welding on stainless steel products for food-contact applications to MIG/MAG welding on heavier steel structures. You will work independently on your own assignments while also coordinating closely with colleagues in production and work preparation to achieve the best possible result.
In addition to manual welding, you will also be involved in automated processes. We work with several welding manipulators for series production, as well as an automated welding process for larger production volumes. Depending on your experience and interests, you will help set up, monitor, and further improve these processes.
You will be responsible for the quality of your work, take a critical look at the process, and ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
What will you be doing?
Performing MIG/MAG and TIG welding
Welding stainless steel, including food-grade products, as well as steel structures
Working from technical drawings and work instructions
Checking dimensions and weld quality
Operating welding manipulators for series production
Supporting automated welding processes
Contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency
What are we looking for?
Experience with MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding
Good technical understanding and the ability to read technical drawings
A strong eye for quality and finishing
The ability to work independently
